New York flavor

I just came back from some holidays in NYC and I thought about sharing some tips and pictures with you… and also some music as this trip started with a “Mile High” compilation of my favorite summer tracks.


The Tats Cru soundwalk around Westchester Av. led us to community center The Point (Bronx).

High Line park… getting famous these days for being a free peep show.


A Roller Skatin Jam named “Sundays” in Central Park.

Lots of street art in the Williamsburg area (here C215).


Roa on the Monster Island building (Williamsbrug – Brooklyn)


MOTUG (Monsters Of The Unda-Ground) collective in Brooklyn.


5 Pointz warehouse in front of the PS1 (Contemporary Art museum – Queens)

Aslo worth checking: the Floating Pool Lady, Big Nick’s, Fire Island, Sputnik, Cinders Gallery, Riverside Park, East Village Radio,  The Street Spot, …

    Very nice pictures and the mix sounds cool as well! It’s good to read that Dimitri From Paris will be in Brussels. I received an e-mal from him after my first mix on Laid Back (‘beats of love’), about two years ago. He told me he liked the playlist. It was the best compliment of my life! ;-)
