This One is a dj / producer from Liège (Belgium). He aslo take care of the Dust Shop label.Picture taken at the dubstep.nl launch party in Amsterdam (late 2006).
The venue is called OT301 and it used to be a cinema school, then a squat and now it's an alternative cultural centre.
