Podcasting is a way to 'subscribe' to radio programmes and have them delivered to your computer.
There are three steps involved in setting up your computer to receive podcasts.

1. Get some podcast software (or use iTunes)

You have to download a piece of software which will search the web to find the latest version of the files you want

2. Add the address of the "feed" to your software

To "subscribe" to the Laid Back Show, just add this address to your podcast software:
http://www.laid-back.be/laidback.xml

3. Start downloading

When a new show becomes available your software will automatically download it.
On completion you can listen to the mp3 on your computer or transfer it to your portable player.
The software will automatically download any subsequent shows as soon as they are available.
