Seems like ClassicBeatz‘ hard work is paying off… A couple of months ago, when I sent Miles Bonny a copy of the 74 Miles Away album, I made sure to include in the package some Laid Back related releases namely the Dub! 7inch and Nicholas Kopernicus’ album. To my biggest surprise Miles sent me a track a couple of days later… him singing on “Candle Dreams”.

And to make things even better, Miles decided to include the track (renamed Desperado) on his new album “Lumberjack Soul” (out now on Melting Pot Music and also including the 74 Miles Away collaboration with AHU).

And that’s only half of the story… A couple of weeks after the release of the LDBK compilation, we got in touch with Tokyo Dawn Records who asked us to include Jason’s collaboration with Lisa Preston on their Heart vol.2 compilation to be released on the 29th of July.
