The Laid Back project (aka LDBK) first came together in 2002 as a weekly radio show broadcasted on a local radio station in Brussels. Nowadays our priority is to connect existing communities around the world and activate them to engage in different projects. Most of our content is exclusive and generated through this unique and ever-growing international network of creative minds (designers, photographers, writers, artists, musicians, DJ’s, software developers, filmmakers and so forth).

We focus on everything urban related be it music, art, lifestyle or whatever topic we feel like to discuss. While music wise, we play everything from Soul, Funk, Jazz, Psych Rock, Disco and Latin music to Hip Hop and much more.

After exploring the FM airwaves for more than 8 years, we launched LDBK, an online radio station playing the best in urban music from the last 40 years.

We also advice artists and organisations on how to develop their online communication and re-think their (digital) activities.

Send us an email but keep in mind that we like to be involved at the first stage of a project. We value the process, the journey, the construction more than the finished product. We also like to think outside of the box, so be ready for quite a ride if we collaborate.
