Conference - The future of radio

Posted on November 25, 2008 by Julius

These days I’m helping the nice people at Cleverwood to organize a conference about the future of radios in Belgium. This could be a good opportunity to hear some major actors from the radio sector (RTL, Nostalgie, RTBF, Radionomy) expressing their views about how new technologies will change the way we listen to the radio.

This conference will take place on Wednesday the 3rd of December at ULB in Brussels (Forum Building - Room Laurent - map). More info on the Cleverwood blog. If you want to attend this conference, please register on Eventbrite, it’s free but the number of seats is limited. Bear in mind that the conference will be in French.

And I can already tell you that we at Laid Back have a little idea of what the future of radios could be … What about a desktop application allowing you to listen to the Laid Back online radio and displaying information related to the artist being played? More about that early next year.
