As I missed JtotheC’s birthday and release party (shame on me) I wanted to hear the whole story from his closest collaborator. Apparently it was off the hook! So good that Peter Lesage (Moiano) might incorporate JtotheC’s band and invited him to jam at Studio Indigo (Av. van Volxem 388 - Brussels) next Monday.
I also received five copies of JtotheC’s 7inch. You want one? Just leave a comment on this page and tell me why I should send it to you… I’ll pick my favorite ones over the weekend and will contact the winners via email. Good luck and be creative ;)

I would like to have a copy. Because I think about 5 years or a bit longer ago I saw Dj Grazzhoppa’s BigBand in the Maz (Bruges) and it just blew me away. The thing I most remember about that night was the fanclub of J to the C, sitting in the audience with a big banner for him just shouting his name. It was a hilarious moment ! I’ve falling in love with hiphop,funk and turntablism ever since.
So thanks J to The C, and Dj grazzhoppa’s Bigbang :).

It sounds a great track and I want the piece of history that this was number 1 in a long line of classic releases.
Just because I love his music…
Because I met the artist a few years ago at cologne based record store Groove Attack. He was on a christmas trip with his company. But he left his colleagues alone at the christmas market, to pick up some records at this store. ha ha. I asked him, if he was the guy of Vic & Lloyd and we spoke about their mixtape “pick you up at midi”. His girlfriend - who was with him - seemed to be quite impressed, that he was already known in germany.
Damn I hate having to pick winners but decided to send the 7inches to Cheff, Sneakie Rosie, Ben, Samuwell & Eff.
