Issue 29 of the always brilliant Wax Poetics has been released a few weeks ago featuring articles over The Cinematic Orchestra, Herbie Hancock, Lalo Shifrin, Pete Rock …

But Wax Poetics is not only a magazine, it’s also a record label and a digital store. A few days ago, we received their latest release “Melvyn Price - Rhythm And Blues”. A soul jazz record with huge african influences originally recorded in Sweden in 1974 by american congas player Melvin Price.
