Blastkid is a journalist, record collector and Laid Back’s Jazz specialist. if you are familiar with this website, you might already know him either from the mixes he used to send us during the last three years or thanks to his “Pulsations” show on LDBK radio.

BlastKid and his partner “Groove” are also co-hosting a new show on Radio Scorpio. “Snap Your Fingers” will focus mostly on Jazz - hard-bop, soul jazz, latin jazz, nu-jazz - with occasional funk, bossa nova, exotica and-what-not-track mixed in. Expect as much artist and record information as possible + anecdotes from the history of jazz and an agenda to keep you up to date with regional and national concerts.

Their first show (Monday 6th of October) will feature a musical overview of Marc Moulin’s Jazz career. As an introduction, read BlastKid’s tribute to the late Marc Moulin.
